Description

You will manage and automate infrastructure and application deployment using Python and Google Cloud Platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain REST APIs using Python and Flask.
• Manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm.
• Configure and automate Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.
• Administer GCP services including GKE, BigQuery, BigTable, and Pub/Sub.
• Write shell scripts to automate routine operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python.
• Proficiency in developing Python REST APIs and using the Flask framework.
• Hands-on experience with Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Experience managing BigQuery, BigTable, and Pub/Sub.
• Knowledge of GCP networking services.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes orchestration.
• Proficiency with Helm for package management.
• Experience setting up and maintaining Jenkins pipelines.
• Strong command of Git and shell scripting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Elastic Search, Logstash, and Istio/Anthos Service Mesh.
• Familiarity with Looker Studio.
