Role Overview

STAFFXPERT is looking for an experienced DevSecOps Engineer / Lead to support a cloud-native Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) platform transformation.

The ideal candidate will be an engineer-leader with hands-on experience building secure, automated delivery environments for regulated workloads. This person will own the execution rails across pipelines, environments, security, observability, and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage CI/CD pipelines, environments, secrets, access, and security controls.
• Implement and manage DevSecOps practices across cloud-native applications.
• Establish security scanning, testing, and automated control gates.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and infrastructure automation.
• Build and maintain infrastructure observability and monitoring.
• Support production readiness and define the operating/run model after deployment.
• Manage environments across multiple delivery teams and workstreams.
• Coordinate shared environment bookings, refresh schedules, and release requirements.
• Resolve environment conflicts between competing delivery teams.
• Ensure the path from development to production is secure, automated, and efficient.
• Partner with engineering, delivery, security, and program teams in a highly regulated healthcare environment.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of DevSecOps / Cloud Engineering experience
• Strong Healthcare industry experience

• Security Testing & Orchestration
• Experience with secure automated delivery for regulated workloads
