Description

Lead Azure network architecture and infrastructure automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Azure network topologies including VNETs, Virtual WAN, and Virtual Hubs.
• Develop and maintain Terraform modules to provision network resources with consistent state across environments.
• Architect CI/CD pipelines for network infrastructure to minimize manual intervention and configuration drift.
• Manage network appliance configurations to ensure alignment with security policies and compliance standards.
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support for complex connectivity issues and lead capacity planning for hybrid traffic.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of combined Development and DevOps experience with Cloud Service Providers, primarily Azure.
• Deep proficiency in Azure networking services: Load Balancers, Application Gateways, Private Endpoints, NSGs.
• Proven experience developing reusable Terraform modules and managing remote state files collaboratively.
• Strong understanding of core networking protocols within a hybrid-cloud context.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent certifications/experience).
• Proficiency in PowerShell for task automation and API integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying Palo Alto VM-Series firewalls in Azure and physical appliances via Panorama.
• Proficiency in designing and supporting Palo Alto Prisma SD-WAN solutions.
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds for performance metrics and network health monitoring.
