Description

You will own the operational readiness lifecycle, from design through deployment, while providing deep technical troubleshooting for large-scale customer issues.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, monitor, and report on escalated issues to analyze root causes and build sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with customer care, product management, and engineering to drive task completion for customer solutions.
• Drive and improve the operational readiness lifecycle from design through deployment and refinement.
• Develop automation and tools to enable self-service configuration changes, speed deployments, and improve monitoring for SaaS applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant engineering role with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Full Stack troubleshooting experience including networking, operating systems (Debian, CentOS), Apache, HA Proxy, Nginx, and RDBMS.
• Experience leveraging monitoring tools such as Splunk, New Relic, and Nagios for issue analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure, specifically networking (VPCs, security groups), VMs (EC2), RDS, and load balancing (ELB, ALB).
• Experience developing applications using Python, Java, or Go.
• Strong comprehension of CI/CD methodologies.
• Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and break down work into sub-tasks.
