Description

You will lead the design, optimization, and automation of software release pipelines and CI/CD processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines, addressing architectural and procedural challenges to improve quality and automation.
• Build proactive integration strategies starting from the initial design stage to ensure continuous delivery.
• Analyze current adoption states to identify opportunities for improving pipeline health and engineering practices.
• Communicate technical requirements and updates across developers, tech managers, and operations teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related technology roles.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, operating, and monitoring CI/CD pipeline tools.
• Strong proficiency with Jenkins for build orchestration.
• Engineering experience with Bitbucket, JUnit, nUnit, SonarQube, and Artifactory.
• Experience with release automation tools such as XL Release.
• Deployment automation experience using Ansible and Datical.
• Proficiency with Agile collaboration tools including Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to extract metrics and results from CI/CD instrumentation to drive improvements.
