Role Overview:

This role focuses on designing and developing SDLC control reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive metrics. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and analyzing data from various sources such as Elastic Stack, Kafka, and Redis, and building automated data/log ingestion and reporting pipelines using APIs and related technologies. A key aspect of the role involves analyzing platform telemetry to identify trends, compliance gaps, exceptions, and actionable insights, while ensuring data quality, reconciliation, metric definitions, and reporting accuracy. Collaboration with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Platform, and Governance teams is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop SDLC control reporting, dashboards, scorecards & executive metrics.
• Integrate and analyze data from Elastic Stack, Kafka, Redis and enterprise data sources.
• Build automated data/log ingestion and reporting pipelines using APIs and related technologies.
• Analyze platform telemetry to identify trends, compliance gaps, exceptions & actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, reconciliation, metric definitions and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Security, Platform & Governance teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), Grafana, Power BI, Kafka & Redis.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Java, REST APIs, log ingestion & streaming pipelines.
• Experience with SDLC/DevSecOps, CI/CD, plus working knowledge of Linux & Cloud.
• Strong SQL, data analytics, reporting & dashboard development skills.
• Ability to translate platform telemetry, engineering metrics & controls into actionable insights/KPIs.

Qualifications:

• 6-9 years of experience in relevant fields
