Description

You will automate infrastructure and deployment processes within an Azure-centric environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines to automate configuration management, builds, and deployment tasks.
• Design Azure service architectures to solve requirements for project teams transitioning to the cloud.
• Automate middleware infrastructure with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and end-to-end delivery.
• Instrument infrastructure and application monitoring, including capacity management, alerting, and KPI metrics.
• Manage release deployments, production health monitoring, and impact assessments for upgrades, patching, and migrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps automation.
• Proficiency with Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS) and Azure App Services.
• Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, and Azure App Config.
• Solid understanding of microservice architectures.
• Scripting experience using Python, Perl, or Shell.
• Experience managing containers and middleware application servers from monolithic to modern versions.
• Ability to scope technical efforts, identify risks, and communicate trade-offs regarding cost and design.

• Degree in any field.
