Description

You will own the automation, optimization, and modernization of middleware deployments in cloud and containerized environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support WebLogic 12c+ or JBoss EAP deployments in cloud and container infrastructure.
• Automate and optimize platform processes using scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with middleware platforms.
• Experience with WebLogic 12c+ or JBoss EAP in production.
• Strong scripting skills, including Shell.
• Pipeline coding experience with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Proficiency with configuration management tools like Ansible or Chef.
• Experience with containerization using Docker or Podman.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes operators for WebLogic.
• Familiarity with Python or Perl scripting.
