Description

You will manage the deployment, support, and automation lifecycle for critical portal applications running on the WebSphere Application Server (WAS) enterprise platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test power handling capabilities for the portal application.
• Implement and support database backup and recovery procedures.
• Integrate with CI/CD tools to manage code builds and deployments.
• Automate user access mechanisms for APIs and AWS services using Azure and AWS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services and Azure cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools for build and deployment management.
• Deep expertise in automation scripting and infrastructure management.
• Proven track record supporting enterprise application platforms, specifically WAS.
• Ability to manage database backup and recovery operations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale portal applications.
• Knowledge of API security and access control mechanisms.
