Key Responsibilities
✅ Manage application change requests, release coordination, and maintenance tracking.
✅ Own Azure DevOps (ADO) backlog management, including Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, and Bugs.
✅ Facilitate daily standups, cross-functional meetings, and program-level reporting.
✅ Convert operational updates and stakeholder discussions into structured tracking and actionable reports.
✅ Maintain governance documentation, operational procedures, audit artifacts, and evidence readiness.
✅ Support SOX controls, internal and external audits, and application-level compliance activities.
✅ Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive-level reporting.
✅ Drive process improvement, operational standardization, and predictable delivery across SaaS platforms.
🔹 Required Skills
✔️ Strong experience in SaaS Operations, Governance, or Program Delivery
✔️ Advanced hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
✔️ Strong knowledge of Agile / SAFe methodologies and backlog management
✔️ Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
✔️ Strong communication, documentation, organization, and stakeholder-management skills
✔️ Ability to manage multiple workstreams and changing priorities
⭐ Preferred Skills
⭐ Experience with SOX, SOC, audits, compliance, and control frameworks
⭐ Experience supporting vendor-managed SaaS platforms such as HRIS or Payroll
⭐ Experience building operational dashboards and metrics frameworks
⭐ Strong collaboration across business, technical, and vendor teams
