Description

You will build and maintain release pipelines to ensure safe, fast delivery of software to production environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build release pipelines and implement DevOps frameworks using UrbanCode Deploy, Jenkins, and Terraform.
• Develop standards, processes, and controls for deployment activities and configuration management.
• Establish version control best practices, including branching and merging strategies for SVN and Git.
• Implement infrastructure automation and continuous integration using tools like Gradle, Maven, and AWS CodeBuild.
• Support production deployments for mid-to-large scale applications and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Pipeline as Code.
• 2-3 years of experience with AWS Cloud DevOps, specifically CloudFormation and Terraform.
• 1-2 years of experience with containerization and orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in scripting and development languages: Groovy, Python, Java, Ruby, Shell Scripting, NodeJS, Bash, Perl, React, or C#.
• Knowledge of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) for infrastructure and application monitoring.
• Experience with build tools such as Gradle, Maven, ANT, Shell, or Make.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS CodePipeline.
