Description

You will manage Azure DevOps operations, release coordination, and governance compliance for SaaS platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage application change requests, release coordination, and maintenance tracking.
• Own Azure DevOps backlog management, including Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, and Bugs.
• Facilitate daily standups, cross-functional meetings, and program-level reporting.
• Maintain governance documentation, operational procedures, and audit evidence readiness.
• Support SOX controls, internal/external audits, and application-level compliance activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS Operations, Governance, or Program Delivery.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SAFe methodologies and backlog management.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, changing priorities, and stakeholder communication.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SOX, SOC, audits, compliance, and control frameworks.
• Experience supporting vendor-managed SaaS platforms such as HRIS or Payroll.
• Experience building operational dashboards and metrics frameworks.
