Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of existing DevOps infrastructure and processes from Azure DevOps to GitHub Enterprise.
• Design, implement, and maintain GitHub Actions, workflows, reusable pipelines, and standardized CI/CD processes.
• Establish security protocols, workflow controls, and best practices within GitHub Enterprise.
• Administer GitHub Enterprise and Azure DevOps environments, including configurations, integrations, and access management.
• Implement and maintain integrations with monitoring tools and SonarQube.
• Apply Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation practices to improve infrastructure management and deployment efficiency.
• Support containerization, application deployments, and cloud infrastructure operations.
• Perform Azure Cloud engineering tasks and support cloud-based DevOps solutions.
• Provide technical support, user training, and guidance to development and operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies, resolve technical challenges, and improve delivery processes.
• Promote Agile development methodologies, continuous improvement, and secure software delivery practices.
• Take ownership of technical decisions, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver solutions that provide business value.

Required Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD principles and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure components, dependencies, integrations, and interactions.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly, and take ownership of decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a focus on delivering secure, reliable, and efficient solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• GitHub Certifications — 2 years of relevant experience.

• Basic understanding of FedRAMP, FIPS, FTI, and HIPAA requirements — 2 years.
