Description

You will automate the full lifecycle of complex enterprise IT environments to support new environment standups and frequent modifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and optimize batch jobs and operations.
• Implement and enhance advanced CI/CD solutions, including tool installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Use configuration management software to automatically deploy updates and fixes across production and non-production environments.
• Analyze existing technology and deployment processes to propose improvements that streamline code deployments and minimize errors.
• Provide environment triage support, including workday and night/weekend on-call rotations to maintain high availability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience automating enterprise IT environments using IaC, CaC, and CI/CD tools.
• Expertise with Terraform, Terragrunt, Ansible Automation Platform, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Liquibase and container orchestration using Kubernetes, Podman, Docker, EE, OpenShift, or Rancher.
• Proficiency with Helm Charts and Kustomize for packaging.
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python, GoLang, Shell, Ruby, Bash, or Perl.
• 8+ years of experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience designing solutions using the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Proven ability to automate environments involving IBM WebSphere, MQ, and Oracle products.

Preferred Skills

• Development experience with Java, J2EE, Java Spring Boot, EJB, JSP, JSF/Struts, and XML.
• Experience with WebSphere ND, MQ, Oracle, SQL tools, LDAP, Splunk, and Dynatrace.
