Description

You will manage release pipelines, automation, and system reliability across cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead production releases and deployments across various environments and cloud platforms.
• Develop and maintain configuration, release, and installation scripts to automate builds and deployments.
• Triage product and system issues by analyzing impacts on hardware, network, and service operations.
• Implement CI/CD best practices to enhance build, deploy, and configuration management activities.
• Monitor system performance using synthetic monitoring tools and create observability dashboards.

Required Skills

• 6 to 10 years of experience in site reliability, DevOps, or production support.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Bamboo, Jenkins, Gitlab, Harness, and Nexus.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell and Bash for automation.
• Experience with cloud platforms including PCF, AWS, OpenShift, or GCP.
• Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Dynatrace, or Elk.
• Experience with release and incident management using Jira, ServiceNow, or Remedy.
• Knowledge of Windows infrastructure, Active Directory, and Linux platforms.
• Understanding of networking, security best practices, and databases like MongoDB or SQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• Background in mentoring junior team members.
