Description

You will manage and support a serverless microservices architecture on AWS, owning deployment and monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Terraform into AWS Lambda and Fargate.
• Create and maintain reusable Terraform modules, service pattern templates, and CI/CD pipeline patterns.
• Set up system health alarms using Splunk, CloudWatch, or DataDog.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers to design, upgrade, and deliver systems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps support.
• Deep understanding of AWS services, specifically Lambda, Serverless, and API Gateway.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform.
• Proficiency with Terraform or CloudFormation, with a preference for Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD, specifically GitLab CI/CD.
• Knowledge of HTTP protocols and web servers.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools such as Splunk, CloudWatch, or DataDog.
• Solid computer science mindset.
