Description

You will manage deployment pipelines and infrastructure automation across on-premise, hybrid, and cloud environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain deployment pipelines from development to production.
• Automate environment installation and configuration using Chef or Ansible.
• Validate code readiness against checklists before promotion to higher environments.
• Configure monitoring and alerts to ensure timely notification of system issues.
• Develop maintenance plans to address technical issues and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Strong experience building and maintaining deployment pipelines with Jenkins.
• Proficiency in Groovy scripting and Shell or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Gitbash and version control systems including GIT or SVN.
• Hands-on experience with Chef or Ansible for configuration management.
• Knowledge of Maven or Gradle for application builds and packaging.
• Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM fundamentals and client/server relationships.
• Competency in SQL for relational database interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure, Cloud Foundry, or PCF.
• Knowledge of Stack Trace Analysis including TCP dumps, heap dumps, or thread dumps.
• Understanding of load balancers, WAFs, and high availability planning.
