Description

You will manage and scale infrastructure within an AWS ecosystem for high-throughput systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment, monitoring, and alerting processes for all services.
• Mitigate production issues and outages to maintain system stability.
• Manage core infrastructure including NoSQL data stores, caching layers, and queueing systems.
• Optimize Java stack performance through JVM and GC tuning.
• Drive an automation-first approach using configuration management tools.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of industry experience in DevOps roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ELBs, S3, OpsWorks, and Route53.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Salt.
• Experience managing NoSQL stores like Cassandra, HBase, or Couchbase.
• Experience with caching layers including Aerospike or Redis/ElastiCache.
• Experience with queueing infrastructure such as Kafka or RMQ.
• Knowledge of JVM tuning, GC tuning, and VM sizing for Java stacks.
• Experience maintaining low latency and high throughput systems at scale.
• Any Graduate degree.
