Description

You will resolve Tier II and III escalations for cloud services and edge device fleets, ensuring system stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve complex software and network issues across AWS cloud infrastructure and edge devices.
• Analyze CloudWatch logs to identify root causes and manage edge device configurations using AWS Systems Manager (SSM).
• Write and maintain system support documentation, including operational guides and runbooks for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot technical problems and gather feedback for product improvements.
• Support and optimize CI/CD workflows to streamline deployment and maintenance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or systems engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services: Systems Manager, CloudWatch, Lambda, and API Gateway.
• Strong proficiency in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting.
• Solid programming ability in TypeScript and Python for automation and scripting.
• Understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience implementing and managing CI/CD workflows.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with edge device fleet management at scale.
