You will manage and support production infrastructure for customer-facing online services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents proactively and reactively based on monitoring alerts and user reports.
• Automate audits for user accounts, network configurations, and systems infrastructure.
• Execute software deployments following documented processes to ensure zero customer impact.
• Manage VMs across multiple data centers and AWS to support dev, test, and production workloads.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues across networks, systems, and applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of systems engineering and support experience.
• Deploying, configuring, and maintaining Linux server systems in the cloud.
• Proficiency with Linux systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with deployment automation using Jenkins or Ansible.
• Scripting for infrastructure and operational automation using Bash or Python.
• Experience with TCP/IP IPv4 network troubleshooting.
• Configuring and utilizing monitoring and alerting tools.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS and Ubuntu.
• Knowledge of containers and Jenkins.
• Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Sensu, or Elastic Search.
