Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support consistent, automated software delivery.
• Implement and manage Kubernetes-based deployments, ensuring scalability, availability, and operational stability.
• Use Azure to provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure required for application delivery and operations.
• Configure and operate Jenkins pipelines to support build, test, and release workflows.
• Apply DevOps practices to streamline collaboration between development and operations teams, improving release velocity and reliability.
• Monitor pipeline and deployment health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements to reduce downtime and deployment failures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize deployment processes and enforce best practices across environments.
• (Nice-to-Have) Experience with Core Banking environments and related delivery/operations constraints.

Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services (compute, networking, storage)
• Experience with Jenkins for pipeline automation and orchestration
• Solid understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and deployment
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM templates, or similar)
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker
• Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar)
• Understanding of security best practices in DevOps environments (DevSecOps)
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills
• Good communication and collaboration skills
