Description

You will develop and manage enterprise monitoring infrastructure and observability tools across cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Build monitoring patterns for in-house and off-the-shelf applications to ensure system availability, latency, and health.
• Engage with application teams to evolve systems by advocating for improvements in reliability, resilience, and observability.
• Fine-tune existing tools and research or implement new solutions to expand monitoring capabilities.
• Analyze complex data and metrics to provide guidance on alerting, dashboarding, and visualization.
• Contribute to automation initiatives to improve efficiency and service delivery.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in system operations and software engineering.
• Experience with APM and Observability using ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or Sentry.
• Proficiency with GIT, CI/CD, and dashboarding.
• Ability to perform deep analysis on metrics and logs to solve complex technical problems.
• Experience working autonomously within globally distributed teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical topics to stakeholders.
• Degree in any graduate field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, including deployment and management of Elastic Stack, Beats, Fleet Agents, APM, and reporting.
• Practical experience developing CI/CD pipelines and implementing DevOps practices.
