Description

You will design, implement, and operate container services platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and operate container services platforms with a focus on CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Automate workflows to minimize manual tasks and increase operational efficiency.
• Diagnose, replicate, and resolve technical issues reported by users of PaaS and CaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with engineering groups to triage customer issues and maintain technical documentation.
• Develop maintainable, reusable software from a consumer-centric perspective.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining Container Platforms (e.g., PAS/TAS, PKS/TKGI, GKE, OpenShift, ARO, ROSA).
• Experience deploying and supporting Kubernetes on Azure, Amazon, GCP, or Alibaba.
• Proficiency in Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins, Harness, and RunDeck.
• Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, and DNS.
• Experience designing Infrastructure as Code APIs using Swagger.
• Knowledge of virtual computing environments, Hypervisors, and load balancing.
• Familiarity with Identity Management, Access Management, and Certificate Management.
• Experience with distributed systems (Windows and Linux) and VMware.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NSX, NSX-T, Panorama, Vsphere7, or TKG.
• Background in DevOps methodologies and on-call rotation experience.
