Description

You will manage cloud-based environments and drive production incident resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead production incident resolution by analyzing issues and coordinating with relevant parties.
• Install, configure, and maintain Azure-based cloud environments.
• Build and optimize environmental tools including Dynatrace, Splunk, and SQL/DB2 database queries.
• Perform root cause analysis and technical evaluation of defects across the software and hardware stack.
• Collaborate with architects, network engineers, and developers to discuss design, dependencies, and technical issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Azure, AWS, and TKGI cloud architectures.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Windows Server (2012 or higher) and IIS.
• Proficiency with SQL, Splunk, Dynatrace, and Ansible.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across network flows and application performance.
• Ability to lead technical meetings and troubleshooting sessions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Azure Administrator (AZ-104) or Azure Fundamentals certification.
• Experience with Grafana or similar monitoring tools.
• Fintech market experience.
