Description

Lead infrastructure modernization, Kubernetes orchestration, and CI/CD automation for large-scale containerized environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Migrate infrastructure to code across Windows, Linux, storage, and database platforms.
• Architect and expand RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers and Kubernetes orchestration platforms.
• Design and build fault-tolerant private cloud infrastructure using on-premise and Azure technologies.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines to incorporate security best practices and reduce operational workload.
• Troubleshoot application pipelines and identify performance issues within the platform.

Required Skills

• 10 years of experience in a lead role within large containerized environments using Kubernetes.
• 4 years of Linux administration experience, specifically with RedHat or equivalent distributions.
• 3 years of Windows Server administration or application support experience.
• 2 years of experience deploying container workloads on Kubernetes (on-prem or public cloud).
• Fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes image management, registry operations, and core functioning.
• 8 years of experience working in IT or operations.
• Experience with MySQL and Linux systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-native tools including Grafana, Prometheus, Mongo, and Postgres.
• 2 years of experience with Ansible for automating server, VM, and network components.
• 2 years of experience managing Kubernetes ingress using NGINX, Istio, and Calico network policies.
