Description

Lead the design, automation, and maintenance of scalable, secure DevOps practices across the engineering organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Jenkins for secure, reusable deployment workflows.
• Build and support Kubernetes infrastructure for platform components, CI runners, and microservices using Helm and Kustomize.
• Establish GitOps pipelines with Argo CD to manage version-controlled deployments, sync strategies, and drift detection.
• Implement infrastructure as code via Terraform or Ansible to build reproducible, compliant environments.
• Integrate DevSecOps practices by automating container scanning, SAST, SCA, and secret detection.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure engineering.
• Expertise in Jenkins administration, including shared libraries and controller-agent topology.
• Proficiency with GitHub Actions and managing self-hosted GitHub Runners.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and GitOps workflows with Argo CD.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Experience managing Nexus Repository Manager and artifact lifecycles.
• Strong proficiency with Docker and Linux systems.
• Ability to script and automate using Python and Bash.
