Description

You will manage application stability, incident response, and infrastructure reliability within a Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application stability and system performance using Splunk and New Relic to identify bottlenecks.
• Manage incident response by performing root cause analysis and setting up automated alerting to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with developers and UI/UX designers to integrate reliability and performance enhancements into the development lifecycle.
• Support users by diagnosing complex technical issues and maintaining documentation for self-service troubleshooting.
• Align SRE tasks with strategic goals through active participation in backlog refinement and communication with the Product Owner.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps or SRE roles.
• Hands-on experience with containerization using Docker.
• Proficiency with orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
• Experience managing infrastructure within GCP.
• Strong knowledge of API availability and reliability.
• Experience using Splunk and New Relic for application monitoring.
• Ability to work within a Scrum Team framework.
