Description

You will design and develop tooling and processes to enable efficient application maintenance, testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Implement automation solutions for building, testing, and deploying software to on-premise and cloud environments.
• Serve as the Git Subject Matter Expert for development teams.
• Create and deploy solutions to automate repeatable tasks.
• Monitor and test new software versions to ensure environment stability and operability.
• Collaborate with developers, security, and operations teams to facilitate cross-functional workflows.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of relevant experience in DevOps.
• Strong proficiency in scripting languages including Python, PowerShell, Unix Shell, or Groovy.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Deep understanding of Git-based version control systems.
• Solid grasp of CI/CD best practices and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
• Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile practices.
• Experience supporting technologies including Python, .Net, Angular, Java, C#, C++, PowerBI, MS SQL Server, and AzureSQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration tools like Puppet, Ansible, or Rundeck.
• Familiarity with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with repository managers like Nexus and issue tracking systems such as Jira or TFS.
