Description

You will design, deploy, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure using automation and Infrastructure as Code.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated product deployments and self-healing solutions to enhance availability.
• Manage AWS components through Infrastructure as Code and implement cost control strategies.
• Improve monitoring and alerting capabilities to transition from reactive to proactive operations.
• Maintain custom monitoring dashboards and develop cloud operations processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with product development teams to solve complex challenges and lead cloud roadmap discussions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience working within AWS.
• 3+ years of experience with monitoring solutions such as DataDog, Nagios, or New Relic.
• Proficiency with container technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, and EKS.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Experience with configuration management and provisioning tools like Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Salt, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with continuous deployment methodologies and tools including Git and Jenkins.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across the ISO/OSI model.
• Knowledge of networking technologies and cloud-specific network assets.
• Experience supporting Microsoft stacks, including SQL Server and Windows.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certifications.
• Experience with security certifications such as PCI, SOC2, ISO 27001, FISMA/FedRAMP, or HIPAA.
