Description

You will manage and scale cloud and on-premise infrastructure to support engineering and product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions including virtual machines, monitoring systems, and network connectivity.
• Automate recurring tasks to improve deployment velocity and system quality.
• Resolve escalated incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Enforce security policies and technical guidelines to protect customer data.
• Partner with engineering teams to build software tolerance for infrastructure failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of overall professional experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS, Networking, Load Balancers).
• 4+ years designing and troubleshooting TCP/IP networks, VPNs, Load Balancers, and Firewalls.
• Experience deploying and maintaining Ubuntu server systems on-premise and in the cloud.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and HELM.
• Strong knowledge of the ELK stack, including index management and ES Cluster optimization.
• Proficiency with Git or Bitbucket for source code management.
• Ability to use scripting to automate infrastructure and operational processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
