Description

You will own infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipeline reliability across on-premises and AWS environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Kubernetes clusters using Docker, Helm, and Ansible.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitLab for automated testing and deployment.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform and Python to ensure environment parity.
• Monitor cluster health and perform root cause analysis on system failures.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to define lab requirements and implement security practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience managing on-premises (Vcenter) and cloud (AWS) infrastructure.
• Expert proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for containerization and orchestration.
• Strong command of Linux OS platforms, system administration, and shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, and Terraform for automation.
• Proficiency in Python, YAML, and Helm chart development and management.
• Proven ability to build tools for automated deployment and streamline operations.
• Experience with virtualization technologies and on-prem data center environments.

Preferred Skills

• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Experience collaborating with architecture teams to outline and consume lab releases.
