Description

Manage enterprise monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to ensure high availability and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise monitoring systems, including alert template configuration and BigPanda integration.
• Administer APM and observability tools such as Datadog and BigPanda.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure configuration using CloudFormation and Serverless frameworks.
• Create logging and indexing strategies to support operational visibility and build reporting dashboards.
• Collaborate with technical teams on root cause analysis and incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Information Technology with a strong infrastructure background.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience running production systems on AWS.
• Proficiency with Datadog, including site/log monitoring, dashboards, and alert configuration.
• Experience with AWS services including DynamoDB, S3, Cognito, EC2, and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Practical knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and source control tools like Git and SVN.
• Familiarity with Ansible or similar configuration management tools.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and IIS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with container monitoring and event management platforms.
