Description

You will lead the development and implementation of processes, tools, and custom software to support continuous development, build, and deployment across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate software tools and procedures to support common continuous development and deployment processes.
• Drive the technical direction and adoption of Delivery Engineering technologies and DevOps capabilities.
• Set operational, tactical, and strategic direction for DevOps processes utilized across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with cross-organizational teams to align Delivery Engineering processes with enterprise standards and best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Delivery Engineering roles.
• Proven experience in software development and integration.
• Ability to design and implement continuous development, build, and deploy processes.
• Experience establishing technical direction for engineering technologies.
• Background in implementing enterprise-wide operational and tactical processes.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field of study.
