Description

You will own the release pipeline and production stability for DevOps operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate deployment activities to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
• Manage and maintain production environments, providing 24/7 technical support as required.
• Implement technical solutions and resolve infrastructure blockers independently.
• Track task progress and proactively report technical issues to the Tech Lead and management.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of hands-on DevOps experience.
• Proficiency with Java 8 and Spring Boot.
• Strong Linux operating system skills; RedHat Certified Engineer (RHCE) is a plus.
• Experience with Git, Bamboo/Jenkins, Maven/Ant, Artifactory, Jira, and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience with Ansible and Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms: IBM Cloud/Bluemix, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Tanzu.
• Scripting proficiency in Batch and Bash.
• Experience using Helm for package management in OpenShift or Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Python.
• Experience integrating with third-party applications.
