Description

Own the design, development, and maintenance of data-intensive distributed systems and ETL pipelines. Improve continuous delivery, automation, and monitoring to ensure platform resilience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ETL processes, APIs, and big data applications.
• Build configuration management, automation tools, and deployment strategies.
• Support applications throughout the entire SDLC, including design, code reviews, and defect triage.
• Manage DevOps teams using onshore-offshore models.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working within the SDLC.
• 6+ years of experience designing and supporting distributed, data-intensive systems.
• 6+ years of relational database delivery.
• 4+ years of development with Big Data stacks including Hadoop, MapR, HBase, Hive, and Spark.
• 3+ years of NoSQL and Big Data delivery.
• 3+ years of experience with DevOps automation tools such as Oozie and Python.
• 4+ years of experience in Agile delivery.
• Proficiency in incident ticket tracking via ServiceNow.

Preferred Skills

• Experience delivering large-scale Data Platforms.
• Experience with Data as a Service and Container as a Service models.
