Description

Own the production, maintenance, and infrastructure of the website platform, ensuring system reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage cloud infrastructure and system administration across public and private multicloud environments.
• Identify, analyze, and troubleshoot complex technical issues, performing root cause analysis and incident resolution.
• Create and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including configuration guides and Method of Procedure (MOPs).
• Support network trials and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) while assisting in knowledge transfer and cross-team enablement.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or network engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of virtualized (VNFs) and cloud-native (CNFs) core network functions on platforms like KVM and VMware.
• Experience with containerization services including Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift.
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Python, and Bash.
• Working experience with network protocols including BGP, IGP, and Firewalls.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Grafana, Datadog, and Splunk.
• Understanding of storage administration with SAN, NAS, and Block & File Storage Protocols.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cisco UCS platforms.
• Knowledge of network hardening, security & compliance, and cyber security frameworks.
