Description

Support vendor systems within an AWS environment by managing application installation, automation, and production support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate application installations and deploy infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Monitor application and system health with alerting tools to respond to outages and escalations.
• Resolve daily production support incidents and perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Document DevOps processes, procedures, and system configurations.
• Partner with cloud architecture and DevOps teams to improve software delivery pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Expert proficiency in writing Terraform scripts.
• Extensive experience with Amazon AWS, specifically VPC, EC2, Fargate, S3, EBS, and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with automated configuration management tools such as SaltStack, Puppet, Ansible, or Chef.
• Proficiency with Git/GitLab and Artifactory.
• Working knowledge of both Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Python and RDBMS/SQL.

• Strong analytical skills for systematic problem-solving and incident resolution.
