Description

You will architect and implement OpenTelemetry pipelines, automate infrastructure with Ansible, and manage CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions and GitOps. You will troubleshoot log aggregation and telemetry systems while supporting enterprise platform engineering in hybrid cloud or on-prem environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement OpenTelemetry (OTel) pipelines for observability.
• Automate infrastructure using Ansible as Code.
• Develop and support CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows via GitHub Actions.
• Troubleshoot log aggregation and telemetry pipeline issues.
• Build self-service workflows and maintain strong technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of DevOps or Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong experience with OpenTelemetry (OTel) and telemetry data pipelines.
• Proficiency in Ansible for Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and GitOps principles.
• Experience operating in hybrid cloud or on-prem enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex log aggregation and monitoring systems.
• Strong documentation and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building self-service workflows for internal engineering teams.
• Local to Delaware; no relocation support provided.
