Description

You will lead a small squad of support engineers within the Tooling Support Team to manage collaborative and CI/CD tooling estates.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a squad of support engineers by setting high standards for service quality, practice, and discipline.
• Evolve team technical capabilities and soft skills through hiring, coaching, and management.
• Partner with the DevOps Centre of Excellence to transition the service model from full-support to platform-operation.
• Work with development teams to manage the handover of new tooling services into live support.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in an IT or Engineering field.
• 5+ years of experience leading an IT support team.
• Demonstrable technical knowledge of Ansible.
• Demonstrable technical knowledge of Artifactory.
• Demonstrable technical knowledge of Bitbucket.
• Demonstrable technical knowledge of Jenkins.
• Demonstrable technical knowledge of Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Windows infrastructure.
• Understanding of infrastructure provisioning in virtualized environments such as VMWare and Cloud.
