Description

You will design, build, and operate secure, automated infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, focusing on compute products, networking, and security controls.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage GCP resources including Compute Engine, Persistent Disk, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Networking.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Packer, and manage CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and GitHub.
• Embed secure-by-design controls using Cloud Armor, Cloud Key Management, and Secret Manager throughout the lifecycle.
• Establish actionable observability and performance tuning using Cloud Monitoring, Cloud Logging, and Dynatrace.
• Lead and mentor infrastructure engineers, driving cross-team collaboration and defining SLOs/SLIs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, specifically with Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and management.
• Strong scripting capabilities in Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Harness.
• Deep understanding of GCP networking, security (Cloud Armor), and identity management.
• Familiarity with RHEL and Windows virtual machine administration.
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Dynatrace, Cloud Monitoring, or Cloud Logging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HashiCorp Vault, Backstage, Jira Cloud, and Jira Align.
• Relevant GCP certifications.
