You will automate operational processes and manage system integrations to improve reliability and customer experience.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Deploy product updates, fixes, and integrations requested by customers.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve technical issues for production errors.
• Build tools and scripts to automate visualization and reduce error occurrences.
• Provide Level 2 technical support and design troubleshooting procedures.
• Develop software to integrate with internal back-end systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in Python or Ruby.
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with system troubleshooting and maintenance design.
• Ability to automate operational processes securely and accurately.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
