Description

You will design, implement, and manage scalable, secure systems on Google Cloud Platform. You will own the release pipeline, infrastructure automation, and platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Deployment Manager.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters via Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Google Cloud Monitoring, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
• Drive root cause analysis, incident response, and post-incident reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an SRE, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Engineer.
• Strong hands-on expertise with GCP services: Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM, and Networking.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or Java.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of networking concepts, Linux systems, and cloud security best practices.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS/Azure + GCP).
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies such as Istio or Anthos.
