Description

You will own the engineering and optimization of our Salesforce deployment and CI/CD infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, optimization, and maintenance of automated CI/CD pipelines using Copado CI/CD, Copado CRT, and Azure DevOps.
• Design and implement release automation, rollback procedures, version control integrations, and branching strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Copado deployment errors impacting delivery timelines.
• Maintain environment consistency and sandbox readiness, including refresh automation and compliance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless deployments across all environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or release engineering.
• 3+ years supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Strong Salesforce development experience including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce metadata structure and dependencies, especially in CPQ environments.
• Proven expertise in Copado CI/CD and Copado CRT; experience managing pipelines and troubleshooting blockers.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and Git-based version control systems.
• Experience with sandbox management, including refresh automation and environment compliance.
• Experience with deployment automation, rollback strategies, and metadata management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of monitoring tools and strategies to improve observability of deployments.
