Description

You will manage, maintain, and scale on-premise software infrastructure and distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain on-premise infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Set up and manage scalable code clusters.
• Automate operational tasks and deployments using Python.
• Implement security protocols, manage system patching, and perform regular audits.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to support product development and releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or system administration.
• Proven expertise in on-premise deployments and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and tool development.
• Hands-on Linux system administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, firewall configuration, and routing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Background working in a product-based company focusing on scalability.
• Understanding of cybersecurity best practices, access controls, and vulnerability management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience troubleshooting complex system environments.
