Description

Technical Skills

  • Subject Matter Expert in deploying & managing secure & scalable virtual machines on major cloud platforms, such as Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform & Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to perform advanced analysis of OS and application issues, crashes, security incidents & performance including authoring RCA documentation.
  • Experience in architecting & standardizing highly scalable distributed systems, using different open-source tools.
  • Expert level proficiency in managing Red Hat Linux.
  • Optimize cloud infrastructure for availability, scalability, performance, & cost
  • Provision & configure cloud assets using scripts, APIs, CLIs & management console.
  • Professional exposure to DevOps release & build management, automation experience with tools like Git, bash, Ansible, python and terraform.
  • Ability to recommend the best-in-class architecture solutions to successfully meet the strategic needs of the Customer.
  • System architecture experience over the configuration of Identity & Access Management, Networking, File Transfers, Security, Load Balancing & disaster recovery.
  • Experience in analyzing & applying security best practices to all enterprise related technologies.
  • Expertise in operating system configuration & security fundamentals and assist in risk and compliance standards adherence.
  • Experience in implementing Linux hardening following CIS Benchmarks or DISA STIGs.
  • Ability to perform vulnerability assessments & coordinate remediation activities.
  • Respond to security incidents & perform forensic analysis when required.
  • Support compliance initiatives; ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CMMC, or FedRamp
  • Improve system reliability through proactive monitoring & automation.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity

  • 5+ years of scripting & coding
  • 3+ years of actual enterprise level compute support
  • Certification with Operating System, Security, Network & Cloud technologies
  • University Degree relating to information systems, compute or equivalent professional experience
