Description

You will manage the health, performance, and capacity of internet-facing services while ensuring high availability and security.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall health, performance, and capacity of internet-facing services.
• Build standard engineering practices for auto-scaling, CI/CD, release engineering, and high availability.
• Handle incident response, troubleshooting, and fixes for various products and services.
• Coordinate with AWS and external data centers regarding provisioning, outages, or maintenance.
• Monitor CVEs and potential attack vectors to apply security patches promptly.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with TypeScript.
• Experience with .NET.
• Familiarity with Rails and deployment tools like Capistrano.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jenkins.
