  • Extensive experience of DevOps Tools (Jenkins, Nexus & SonarQube) and Processes.
     
  • Extensive experience with GitHub
     
  • Proficient with git and git workflows.
     
  • Managing service requests for customers with timely updates via Customer Support Portal.
     
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communications skills.
     
  • Prior experience writing scripts with Bash, Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell, or Ruby.
     
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services.
     
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes or RedHat OpenShift, and the building/deployment of Docker containers.
     
  • System knowledge of UNIX/Linux and Windows Administration.
     
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with the ability to independently.
     
  • Proficient with git and git workflows. GitHub specific experience desirable.
     
  • Understanding of JSON, Rest, and curl for API calls.
