Description

You will support large-scale web applications in a cloud environment and build automation practices for infrastructure and application deployments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation practices to drive efficiency in infrastructure, DevOps, and application deployments.
• Upgrade DevOps infrastructure for existing products and support greenfield development.
• Coordinate with software development teams to implement software applications.
• Assist managers in analyzing project requirements and design.
• Collaborate with peer organizations to build and deploy software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or related roles.
• Experience administering Linux in a server capacity, specifically Amazon and Oracle Linux.
• Experience performing administrative tasks within AWS, Azure, or other cloud technologies.
• Hands-on experience with container orchestration like Kubernetes or Rancher.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools including Gitlab, Github, or Jenkins.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Chef, Ansible, or Puppet.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Ruby, or Bash.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with microservices architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in web application development.
