Description

Manage system reliability, monitoring, and incident resolution for AWS infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SLAs by implementing proactive issue detection and reporting systems.
• Configure monitors to prevent prolonged outages and ensure system stability.
• Write and review support procedures, system documentation, and issue tracking entries.
• Drive root cause analysis and collaborate across teams to resolve complex issues.
• Prioritize tasks effectively in a complex environment while managing multiple responsibilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps and System Administration.
• Strong proficiency with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
• Expertise in monitoring tools, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Experience with root cause analysis and SLA management.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and support procedures.
