Description

Build and automate DevOps platform solutions to streamline daily operations and ensure 24/7 production stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for the global DevOps platform and ensure continuous operation.
• Define and implement strategies for monitoring, capacity management, and process automation.
• Roll out new releases, patches, and updates to the production environment.
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and automate them using scripting and tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production experience in DevOps or site reliability engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux/Unix systems with good knowledge of Windows.
• Proficiency in scripting with Python or Perl for automation tasks.
• Experience with automation tools including Ansible, Jenkins, and Git.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including automated test and release cycles.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, PaaS delivery, and network principles (load balancing, firewalls).
• Understanding of user and server authentication for automated releases.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes containerization.
• Experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases.
